She is taking them off more and more. Soiling/wetting the bed and furniture. Dad is having a hard time keeping up with this problem.

Hi abc, have you considered adaptive adult clothing? Buck and buck is one company I know of, I’m sure others are around. For the bed you can also consider laying with waterproof mattress protectors.
