Open mouth

Hi all! My LO has been walking around with his mouth open more and more. He only has it open when walking and not all the time, but like I said it's happening more frequently. Is this some another symptom?

Other things I've noticed over the past few weeks, more comfortable changing clothes where ever he's at in the house and in front of caregiver, while walking he will suddenlty stop and look off in the distance with a confused look, new repetitive behaviors and some older ones have stopped, slower responses, and inappropriate dressing (long socks and slippers outside in 90 degree weather, etc.).

Thank you for your help!

Those are typical signs of progressing dementia.  Increasing confusion and inappropriate dress are pretty common.
