Thanks Michael.  The PDF was interesting.  It would certainly add some structure to dementia care.  It may take a while to implement, but with an aging population maybe that will be sooner than we think.  

CMS generally mandates reporting on certain conditions or devices via reporting tools or registries, and then Medicare reimbursements are tied to performance. It would be interesting to see if they would try to apply this to MC's, or limit this to acute care and skilled nursing facilities.
