Instructions: Edit Account Profile

To update your profile including your profile picture, screen name, story and other personal information, please follow these instructions:

1. Make sure you are logged into ALZConnected community at alz.org/alzconnected
2. Select the image of your avatar in upper right corner
3. Select “Account & Privacy Settings”
4. You will see several hyperlinked options in the right navigation.
5. Select the “Account & Privacy” link to update your screen name, email address, password and privacy settings. Select the pen tool to make edits.
6. Select the “Edit Profile” link to update your personal information including your personal story.
7. Select “Change my Picture” to select a new avatar or upload a profile image
8. You can also modify your notification preferences to turn off email or pop-up notifications for specific actions. Make sure to select “Save” after marking your preferences.
9. You can return back to your profile to review these changes.
