Please note, previously registered ALZConnected members will be required to reset their password before logging into the new website for the first time.

1. From the home page select “Sign In”
2. Select the blue “Forgot?” password hyperlink
3. Enter the email address you used to register for ALZConnected, complete the security check by selecting the checkbox, then click ”Request a new password”
4. You will immediately see confirmation that password reset instructions have been sent to your email address
5. Upon receiving the system-generated email, follow the enclosed prompts and select the box for “change my password”. If you do not see a system-generated email in your inbox, please check the Spam folder of your email account
6. Enter a new password and re-enter to confirm. Then select “Save your Password” Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters and should include at least one number and a special character (e.g., #, $, %)
7. Use your email address and new password to login to the site
