    Hi everyone!

    Hows the new year?

I’m sorry hearing of not sleeping well.

How can a machine help you sleep better?

Every night I wake many times.

I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea and I’m supposed to wear mask while sleeping which was difficult to wear

    Hello Amy Joy,

I have not been told I have sleep apnea but that I just don’t sleep well.

Hope you had a nice New year’s

I spent the time with my daughters

I wear a CPAP mask every night. It does help me sleep a few hours longer during the night. But I still don't have completely restful sleep like before.

    Iris,

it’s so hard when you’re trying to sleep. I have seen on tv recently about some type of adaptive device on the chest for sleep apnea. It looks like they use that instead of the Cpap.

Yes Janutt, I have seen ads for the Inspire device. But I am not seeking a device implanted into my body.

I also take this. I have been on this for months now. I also take melatonin with it.
