Are other caregivers having a difficult time focusing?

    "I will just mention one other thing to consider though...if you have had covid, many people are experiencing some "brain fog". " This is true. One of my daughters has long covid, and she is currently going to a large hospital in Chicago for PT, which is programmed to help with cognition. She told me she has to read something 6 or 7 times for it to stick. Short term memory is affected. She just started the program, but is encouraged. Who would have thought physical therapy would help with cognition?

    I'm new here. I've been the sole caregiver 24/7 for nearly a year to my 89 year old mother. Its comforting to know others are experiencing similar circumstances. Thank you all so much for sharing.

    Right there with you. News on nearly 24/7 and hand-ringing about everything. I'm just trying to make it through the day. No way I'm tackling world events too. :-)
