    Maybe an in person ALZ spousal support group would help to lessen the shame. You can be honest regarding the need for companionship with others who may be wanting the same. Wishing you the best 💞

    This topic is frequently discussed on the Spouse/Partner board. I believe you will get relevant and encouraging responses there from members who are in your situation. There are also many "May/December" relationships.
