oh M1 , I'm sorry for your loss but am grateful you have perspective already to reflect on the love that is in your heart and mind for the great life you two shared.

I'll never forget that early photo you posted of her at a Museum trip - it was such a lovely way to show even in the mire of dementia we should look for the beauty in life.

Thank you for your wise words and advise on these boards , you helped so many people you'll never meet in their dark days.

Oh, M1! I am so very sorry for the loss of your dear partner! But I am glad, for her, that her suffering is over, and that you seem to feel that way, too. Hold tight to the good memories. I am so very sorry, M1. I know you knew she was nearing the end, but that doesn't make it any easier. You were so wonderful with her even in the most difficult of times.

I'm glad that you'll be able to bring her back home to the farm that you both love.
