HIghly Recommend Citicoline For Early/Mid Stage

Hi, All, My partner was diagnosed with MCI on 21018 and the diagnosis has moved now to Alzheimer's since it would not be safe for him to live by himself for an extended period of time. About a two years ago, he revisited a naturopath who recommended Citicoline to support focus and battle brain fog. We researched it ourselves and found a number of valid studies for dementia patients and no contraindication with his other meds.

So we gave it a shot after discussing with his neurologist who was not very hopeful but thought it wouldn't hurt. Well, I have to say it is a total winner! No lasting effects, but we know it is working because when he doesn't take it, it is very noticeable. So much so that I always make sure we have enough on hand and never run out. He takes it in the morning and also at 4 pm. Wanted to share since neurologists are not always interested in looking outside conventional medicine for solutions.

Anybody tried anything else like this with positive results? Would love to hear about it.

Big hug!
