Neurologist Book on what he learned from his own AD

The December 7 edition of the Washington Post had an article by Daniel Gibbs. He practiced general neurology for 25 years, and treated some patients with dementia. He had two copies of the APOE4 gene. His PET scans showed elevated levels of tau. He was part of the phase 3 trial for Aducanumab, he developed ARIA and was in ICU with a 4 month recovery.

He writes about lifestyles modifications to help with AD and decrease the likelihood of getting it in the first place. Nothing really new for this group: exercise, MIND diet, staying mentally active.

Gibbs has written two books:

"Dispatches From the Land of Alzheimer's" and "A Tattoo on My Brain: ANeurologist's Personal Battle against Alzheimer's Disease". These weremade into a documentary film that can be streamed on Paramount Plus.

I tried to insert a link to the Washington Post Article in this post, but I get an error "Request failed with status code 504". So I clicked "Display as Text", I'm not sure if the link with this post will work or not. Yes, the word "Doctor" is mis-spelled in the link, that is not my error, the real link at the WaPost site really does have two o's between the t and the r in Doctor.
