    @clarinetist I am rarely able to log on these days due to steady decline for my beloved in Stage 7 here at home. I did so this evening perhaps to see your post. Heartfelt condolences to you. How beautiful the tribute his nursing home staff paid your DH though I can imagine how bittersweet that moment was for you. Nothing about this journey is easy, and you have gone the distance. I wish you peace. Bless you for all the love you showed your dear husband through thick and thin. May your path forward be gentle.
