Using Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) to slow AD progression

Has anyone used TMS for AD? I know it is off label, and that it is a cash expense not covered by insurance, but I am looking for a provider in the Northeast (CT/MA/NY/ NH) who could treat my wife. The studies have been small, but reasonably positive in being able to slow progression.
