I have noticed increased anger in myself since diagnosis - but I wouldn't be able to say whether it's a direct symptom of the illness (I think it's more often associated with fronto-termporal dementia than Alzheimer's). For me, I think that the anger comes from my sense of injustice that I have the illness, that it is wrecking my life, that I was diagnosed relatively young and this means I can't predict what my old age will look like, or even when I'll stop being able to do the things that make me me. . . Perhaps you could talk to your husband about this, or maybe see if he'd be willing to see a therapist.
