It's August. Time to turn the calendar page and open page 209 in our ongoing saga! 🏖️

I went to Bass Pro Shop's indoor pistol range with Sean yesterday, then we drank coffee and yakked most of the afternoon. I am introducing him and another neighbor to the senior center today by taking them there for lunch and showing them the pool tables and such. They are recently retired in their mid-60s, several years younger than I, and are still exploring what to do while their even younger wives are at work or wherever.

Good morning, I can't help it, even though its been over 14 months now, I wish Lou was with me, even with the dementia. I know its selfish of me, but its just hard to live without her, even with family around. I thought my life was getting better, but its not. I had bought Lou a gray blanket years ago and last night for the first time, I noticed she had written Lou in one corner. I'm a mental wreck right now, please pray.
