What do I do in this situation?

What do I do when my wife considers our bathroom her house. I can't take a shower in there cause she get's upset with me. That's her place and her mother don't want me there. When I did take a shower ,she would take all the bed spreads off and throw them on the floor in the bathroom. She will start banging on the walls screaming at me. I moved my stuff into the smaller bathroom but the only problem is, that one is shared by our two sons. Right now they are not here but will return the end of next week. She does not take a bath or wash her hair. I try to do these for her, when she lets me. She calls me every name in the book and threatens to kill me. I also have been knocked down and punched. The worst part of the day is morning. I know it's not her and it gets to be hard on me sometimes.
