Anyone taking N-acetylcysteine?

Our neighbor was talking with us about n-acetylcysteine benefits for Alzheimer’s. Is anyone taking it and seeing improvements? I’m looking for a reputable product in case my wife decides to take it.

    I do t remember any posts about it. You can search all posts by using the search feature at the top of the page. I would look at the side effects and speak to her doctor before giving any supplements. There was one clinical trial where it was in a formulary and showed promise but when they just gave it by itself it did not. Please keep us posted on what you find out.
