Support groups not during the day

My dad is in an assisted living facility and my siblings and I are doing our best to try to do what is best for him. I have been looking for a support group, but they are all during the day geared toward retired care gives. I would like to find or start a group for adult children in the evening or weekend. Is there any near Springfield, IL? If not, how do I get one started?
