Clarity VS deep sleep or unresponsiveness

My 91 year old mother has vascular dementia and shows a pattern of two days of clarity and sleeps for 3 days nonstop and back at clarity again. This has been a pattern since Jan 2025. She was diagnosed in 2020 and lives in a Care Center Facility. Is any of your love ones with vascular dementia going through this cycle?
