How to support mom?

Welcome. Sorry about your Dad. Does your Mom live alone? Are there friends or neighbors or church members who can help? A pastor? Is she visiting him often? Do you live near her? I would just keep trying and give her time. If you get a chance to talk with her, let her know that you didnt do it to him, you did it for him because he needs 24/7 care that she and you can’t provide.

Though your dad is not dead, your mom is grieving. Give her lots of love, understanding, and support.
I am so sorry you feel helpless but you are not. Make time to visit her. Do more listening than speaking. Best gift of all, cry with her. It will show her you have immense insight into the grief she currently bears.🌷

she does have friends and neighbors but she’s not good at asking for help.
