You could consult an attorney about what your options are, but that would be costly. It would be better to try to work with your brothers to see that she is being cared for properly. It would be helpful if you knew exactly what their status is regarding your mother. Guardian, POA, custodian, etc all mean different things under the law. From what you are describing, it is not clear whether she is in assisted living or memory care or what. Someone in your family approved a contract that should show what the facility is expected to provide in the way of supporting her. Ask your brothers if you can get permission to be the contact between you + the facility so you can keep better tabs on her. I would approach brothers as ‘I want to help support mom while she is at this facility’ + not criticizing their choice or decision where to place her if you want to be successful in your attempt to help
